			<description>Ok, so I'm a chocolate freak!!  When I bake, it's almost always chocolate.... or cheesecake. Here's one of my favorite recipes of all time.  My mom used to make it only around thanksgiving and christmas.



1/2 c. flour

1/4 c. cocoa

3/4 tsp. baking powder

1/4 tsp. salt

4 eggs, separated

1 tbsp. cold water

1/2 c. + 1/3 c. sugar

1/2 tsp. vanilla

1/3 c. powdered sugar

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1/4 cup cold water

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1/4 teaspoon freshly-grated ginger root (optional)
